Everyone thinks they know what alpha means.

Some picture the loudest man in the room, the tallest in the pack, the one flexing dominance. But that’s a myth — born from a single wolf study that was later disproven. The scientist himself admitted it: the “alpha male” was never real. It was captivity behavior — wolves fighting in a box, like men in prison battling for territory.

The real Alpha?

It’s not someone you spot walking down the street. In science, Alpha is a brainwave state — the rhythm of focus, flow, and conscious command.
