The Inner Path To Alpha (Digital Book)
The Inner Path to Alpha isn’t about chasing status—it’s about rewiring the way you move through the world.
Inside, I introduce a new concept of alpha: not dominance, not ego, but a brainwave state tied to awareness, presence, and creative power. When you learn to command that state—and master your Internal Monologue System (IMS)—everything shifts.
You stop second-guessing yourself. You stop getting trapped in old stories. You stop burning out chasing goals that don’t even matter.
Instead, you build toughness through strategic discomfort. You find the sweet spot between confidence and arrogance. You align your goals with bigger cycles of growth.
That’s not hype. That’s a system. One that carries you forward—whether you’re an athlete, a creative, or just someone tired of living on autopilot.
If you’re ready to stop sabotaging yourself and start leading yourself, this is your entry point.

"I was suprised at how good of a read this was...
My life as a working creative is extremely busy. Usually, I don’t have the time or mental capacity to read boring books. So, if you don’t hook me by page 3, I lose interest and I’m out.
That was not the case with this one.
Arlen mixed in just the right amount of engagement, self-awareness and intrigue to keep my attention. Even though we are similar in thinking on some things and different on others, the unique way he communicates his pov was quite refreshing.
And lemme get on my soapbox for a sec. Bro literally cited sources and references for a personal book on his own method. The level of honor and respect he gave to those who came before him should be a master class to other authors who want the same. Off the box now.
Other than that, in a world of superficial cliches and trends, it was good to see that his passion and conviction were clear and genuine.
For those looking to change your mindset and re-shape your trajectory, give this a read and be inspired on your journey to the alpha mentality.
Excellent. 5 stars."
